I absolutely love nekter! Sometimes the atmosphere isn’t very welcoming/friendly but I know it’s a super busy place, so I get it.

Couldn't love this place any more than I do! Workers are always sweet. And every bowl I get is exactly the way it us supposed to be.
It was really great. The gals working there were really nice and very patient with customers.

Ordered ahead and showed up on time per the quoted wait. Place was very dirty and no one was up front when I arrived. When I gave my babe, I was handed one of two items I ordered. When I asked for my second item, I was informed they had not made it after they checked with coworkers. So then I had to wait, which was not ideal.

Customer service and environment were incredible. I placed a scheduled pick up order and arrived a little earlier than anticipated and it was already ready! The customer service I received was really wonderful. I wasn't a huge fan of what I ordered but that's my fault.
