I often find the customer service leaving something to be desired. I am rarely greeted or acknowledged when I enter. I know they notice me because they side eye me while completing whatever task they're doing. No smile, no "how are you". I was just picking up my online order today and the girl did not seem happy to be there. That's how it seems to be every Wednesday evening. Aside from the customer service, this is my favorite place to come for juices and smoothies.

The time before this, the service was awful in many ways. As in, I was ready to look elsewhere for my next order of smoothie bowls & smoothies.
This time, with a superior staff member, everything was accurate, timely, and served with a smile. She redeemed this location, and I will be back.
*She also seemed to be working alone, yet did the work of two with seeming ease and courtesy.

The two gals working did not greet customers as they came in. Waited by mobile pick up table for 3-4 minutes before one asked me if I was picking up and gave me my order that was ready. They weren’t friendly or welcoming. And it was busy so really no excuse for that.
