The worst experience Ive ever had. I walked in to order the lady at the front didn’t acknowledge i was there. I ordered a Greenie juice and it look 25 minutes. I didn’t get an apology or anything. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. I will never go back here again
Easy to order off the app. Smoothies and turmeric shots are tasty and made with ingredients I trust. Best recovery pick up!

Had an online order, when I came in I asked a worker and it wasn’t ready yet. So I sat to wait. 10 mins go by and they finish all the other orders. I’m just sitting in there alone. The worker I asked even looked at me at this time. I finally walk up to ask if they’re still working in my order and they grab it from the fridge. Super weird experience and handled awkwardly by staff

While this visit was good, CS is not always consistent. I find I get anxious while ordering to make sure I get everything I need because I feel rushed. Also, I buy many items at once and feel a need to oversee the charges to insure a 6 pack discount. Is there a 6 pack discount for “grab & go”? I have received one before but not on this visit. Maybe I just got lucky in times past. I wish there was more consistency.
