We had placed and online order and came in and sat down to wait for it and not a single employee said hello or asked if we were here to pick up an order. Zero customer service.

two stars for how much i love this place, but i ordered online this time and got the complete wrong order. only making a review about it because im gluten intolerant, and paid extra for accommodations on my whole order. don’t really know what to do about the fact that i spent $40 on this 😭 but seriously, mistakes like these can put people in the hospital.

My açaí bowl was runny and very with very little fruit for the normal amount. I was not satisfied with it for the money I paid

I really like the overall experience of ordering a smoothie at Nekter. The quality of the smoothie is excellent which is the most important. For online orders and pickups, they will keep the smoothie in a freezer to keep it cold which is a plus. The employees working have always been nice. Keep up the good work!
