I often find the customer service leaving something to be desired. I am rarely greeted or acknowledged when I enter. I know they notice me because they side eye me while completing whatever task they're doing. No smile, no "how are you". I was just picking up my online order today and the girl did not seem happy to be there. That's how it seems to be every Wednesday evening. Aside from the customer service, this is my favorite place to come for juices and smoothies.

We love Nektar and order frequently. We were first intrigued because they use in house made cashew milk for their smoothies. For a family who has to stay away from dairy but loves smoothies it was a wonderful option and now we go all the time. The smoothies and juices always taste amazing and the staff is always so friendly. ❤️ If you go, make sure to download their rewards app, it's worth it!

Nekter products are amazing. Especially the option of using dates and coconut water. Being borderline diabetic I can adjust to my need. The app makes me double motivated to purchase whether it’s a smoothie a bowl or maybe juice. It’s ready with no waiting time. Definitely a win win!

I ordered a large Recovery juice but half of it was foam. That was the first time that happened. I order juices all the time but it was never that bad.

I had placed and order for pick up and they had missed it - the juice printer wasn’t working so I would recommend getting that fixed for efficient service. Your juices are great, it’s jsut the pick up / speed that needs some work.

I'm a 100% service connected Veteran. I dont trust a lot of places. The girls working are extremely efficient in working together please get them a new juicer. God Bless
