I stop in to this location about once a week and for the most part, the attitude is OK - polite and respectful, but nothing else. No engagement, just filling the order (I ordered online) but that’s all. You need to pay these guys more or bonus them for the extra touch.

It was overall great experience. They were very patient with me deciding which one I wanted to try and I am very picky so it took about five minutes. The place was clean and most importantly once I decided they made it fast and for the cherry on top it was delicious.
Seemed like they were understaffed. Just 1 girl working. She was making an order for a woman that was waiting. A guy walked in to help her, seemed like he was on his break. My smoothie was made by him so the girl could help at the register. It was made fast and not blended very well. P

Overall it was great. Although my order after that, for some reason the food items I ordered didn’t show up at the store, but it showed in my app in my end that I had ordered. So I had to wait for them to be cooked, made me a tad late to work.

The app is a little difficult to maneuver, but the employees in the store have always been helpful and creative in working with the app and offers that don't always mesh.

I ordered ahead and arrived 5 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, but it wasn't ready. Then I was told there's no more turmeric, which is the shot I ordered. The employees were nice and apologetic, explaining a woman spilled one, which must have been mine, but the whole thing was disappointing of course.
