4 of the 6 smoothies ordered were delivered and 2 were left behind. I had to make a trip to come pick up the 2. Also PB and AB were not labeled

The past couple of times I’ve ordered the service hasn’t been as friendly, quick, or organized. One of my last almond butter smoothies had chunks in it so big they kept getting stuck in the straw. I’ve had several of these smoothies before and the straw never gets clogged. I like Nekter, but it seems like the quality and service are going down.

I placed a mobile order that stated it would be ready in 20 mins. When I arrived 25 mins after placing the order, nobody greeted me and I stood at the counter as employees chatted with each other for 3-4 mins. It doesn’t sound like a long time but it is when you’re the only customer in the store and you aren’t being helped. Once a new employee came from the back and greeted me he checked for my order and saw it hadn’t been made yet. I waited an additional 5-10 mins for the smoothie.
If the store was busy I’d completely understand but I was the only person in the store and there were two tickets on the bar, one of which was mine.

Big no. Over $20 for two watery smoothies where I’m still chewing spinach leaves. Thought I’d support local but then found its not local either.
Passive service and overworked staff. Classic dynamic of unreasonably high expectations during an employment crisis.
I typically order the same smoothie order every time and I love it, but this time, I could tell that it was missing the extra agave and extra banana that I requested because it was much more sour this time.
