We have tried so many times over the past couple of weeks to place our orders online for pickup. Online ordering feels like it’s always turned off and is a huge inconvenience as a customer. For us it’s a deterrent because we have to spend so much extra time instead of being able to pop in and pick it up on our way somewhere.

I unfortunately did not receive my full order. Used the app to order ahead and when I picked up my bag it was missing a celery juice. I had paid for two. But the time I noticed they had already closed.

Very inconsistent results using the Nektar app. I just arrived to pick up my confirmed mobile order (about 10min after confirmation stated ready time) and wasn't ready and staff were confused about what happened. This has happened more than once which has been frustrating. I feel stuck because I already paid but I also have an appt at 920a that I need to get to too and now will
