I placed my order at 10:30. Arrived at roughly 11:10, and my order hadn't been started yet. It was 11:28 with my order was done.
Highly important to note: this is not the fault of your staff, any time I've been in they are wonderful, and it was clear they were overwhelmed with a massive amount of orders. Having only two staff members on a busy morning in an affluent neighborhood shopping center is not smart business.
