I always have a great experience when I go in. Staff is kind and quickly takes orders, smoothies and bowls come out in a timely manner considering the craft and quality put in to each drink, juice and bowl. I love stopping at Nékter, it feels like a decadent treat but it’s good for you!

Acai bowls are great but I specially ordered a mango bowl only to be told you never have fresh mango so pineapple is always added. Mango is the main reason I ordered that bowl. Mango is in the title and it literally says mango pieces. That was super disappointing

Your product was sadly lacking… your, açai bowls used to be amazingly rich in flavor, and actually tasted like açai, but now they are watered down and barely have any flavor being blended with fruit that has no flavor. Very sad. I will never try a bowl again now knowing this.

I used to love their dragon fruit bowl and I don't know if it's me or them but it just doesn't taste as good and I was really bummed. I mentioned it to one of the workers I thought they change the recipe and maybe they could change it back. I really loved that dragon fruit bowl. Anyway I got a bit of attitude from a coworker so I don't know if I'll be going back. I used to go there at least once a week looking forward to that nice sweet tasting dragon fruit bowl darned

They’re clearly very understaffed. They look flustered as you walk in. Love the food here but the wait is very long! I ordered one dragonfruit bowl and am still waiting thirty minutes later.
