The people at your location are good but your app is difficult to use. It takes so many clicks to do a simple order. I have missed the final step before and then showed up to pick it up without the order being submitted. The staff handles it well, but the app definitely could get a lot better compared to others like Starbucks.

No one acknowledged me when I walked in and I stood at the counter waiting to pick up my order for a couple minutes before any of the 3 employees standing there even looked at me. Also, there was hardly any chia seed jam in my smoothie.

I placed an order online. When I arrived to pick up my order I stood at the cash register for a good 5 mins before I was even greeted. My order was ready but I was not acknowledged when I walked in as a customer and stood there until someone finally walked up to the register.
