Amazing products and the atmosphere was perfect- smelled so good as we walked in. Clean restrooms as well. The staff were a bit overwhelmed when we arrived a few minutes early for our timed order, which was understandable, they were really busy. Great portions and value. First time at a Nekter, and we loved it!

The employees are usually not very friendly but were slightly more pleasant than usual. It would be great if they were friendly and welcoming. I get that everyone has off days, but I’ve never experienced the employees being friendly at Nékter

While Nekter offers a menu full of great options post-workout, I am always caught a little off guard when I order and am met with employees that act disinterested or bothered when I speak to them. If anything, it’s a bit of a letdown coming from an OrangeTheory class with a front desk staff that is thoughtful, kind, and wants to make sure I am doing well. While no one at Nekter has been outwardly mean, there is just a general vibe amongst nearly all of the employees of not wanting to be there or be friendly to any of the customers.

Smoothie was great, the ordering process was super easy, the girl at the store could have been a little friendlier though. I let her know I had ordered online, she asked my name and confirmed my drinks, then set them on he counter at the end and went back to the register, and I picked them up and that was it… transactionally it was fine, but I kind of felt like I was annoying her or something? Idk a smile and a friendly tone goes a long way, that’s all I guess. A “thanks come again” or something… friendly?

I love Nekter! I work close by and order from the app and it works great. I feel like the customer service is better than it used to be. In the past it would sometimes take a while to be acknowledged by staff and they weren’t very friendly, but lately it’s much better. Drinks also seem more consistent. 🥳
