It took a couple of minutes to be acknowledged when I was standing by the pick-up counter to get my smoothie. No one was currently being checked out so I expected a little bit of faster service or at least would have liked someone to acknowledge that I was standing there and waiting to pick up my order.

I always get the tropical cooler smoothie and got one yesterday. It was not blended very well and I got tons of large chunks of kale. It also made my stomach very upset and I had some GI issues shortly after I drank it.

Bad bad bad. I got a pitaya bowl which had no flavor. It tasted awful and bland at the same time. Their prices are too high for not even serving local or organic fruit and the amount of plastic they use is sad. Customer service is also lacking heavily. Over all bad experience and botched rendition of a tropical delight. Them white girls couldn’t even give fruit flavor. 🤦🏾♀️
I realize that people have bad days, but the last two times I've been in, the vibe in the store among the staff is so bad I don't want to be there, even for a quick pick-up.
