Order never came

I genuinely like the product. It’s convenient, healthy, and generally well made. I don’t think I’ve ever once been greeted with a smile. More often the girls are playing on their phones in the back and roll their eyes when I show up for my pick-up order. I don’t need over the top enthusiasm, I literally just expect the bare minimum customer service. This has been an issue for a few years for some reason. Not sure why I keep giving you my business now that I reflect on it. Probably should not moving forward.

Love the food, it’s super easy to order on my app, and it’s always really great! One of my favorite places.

We love the smoothies and being able to do a mobile pick up! The employees weren’t super attentive when I came in.

A small smoothie is a meal! such great ingredients and taste! It’s going to be a regular treat for us, and an excellent way to get fruit!

The app said I would receive one drink for free for signing up and downloading the app. That didn't happen. I hope it will on my next visit. any tips? thanks!

I ordered the Classic Juice Cleanse. When I picked them up at the store the person said the bottles are numbered, but when I got home they were not numbered! On the app it doesn’t list the order, only the drinks. I’ll call to find out what order to drink them in.

Usually I love Nekter, but today my açaí berry bowl had a partially brown banana in it, and I couldn’t taste the agave/honey drizzle that’s usually on it… the women working inside were super nice and I love ordering ahead on the app. But the tasteness of the order was a miss today.

Not great. Most of the girls are not very friendly make me feel like a bother when I order/ pick up my order and my order was not made correctly which is very unfortunate when I tip them.
