I love my Nektar experience, every time! Staff is always nice, call me by name and greet me, make delish smoothies and juice.

Product was good but the customer service was poor and my items were over 10 minutes late in being finished. Not a busy day either with roughly 5 of those minutes being my wife and I just waiting for the 2 drinks to be made. The other 5+ minutes we had 3 other people come in and order and get their juices finished before our were completed. Just seemed our online order was very much on the back burner today. Not a great experience.

Around the holidays, nectar juice bar offers excellent gift cards with a high return in points which translates to in-store money. I like their main green juice they offer and if you like it really dark and rich on the greens, the people working in the morning make it more intense. If you would like the green juice more sweet and lighter, come in the later afternoon.
I love having fresh juice and smoothies available, so convenient you are located near my new yoga studio too. Visiting 1-2 times a week has become a self care ritual for my coworker and I, the app is awesome too!

Super disappointed in Nekter Smoothies. Nothing I experienced was positive except the online ordering. I ordered online ahead of time as I would be traveling through that area on my way north. Parking at this location was horrible. My smoothie was ready when I got there but the counter girl seemed annoyed at serving me. The smoothie was the worst thing I ever tasted. Had a horrible stale after taste. I took a few sips and threw it out. I didn't want to get sick. I received an email asking how my experience with Nektar was and I replied stating how I was not happy. Sydney said she would follow-up with me to find out what the problem was. Six days later, no contact. She only wanted feedback if it was positive. Definitely lacking customer service! I'll take my business to Jamba Juice!
It would be great to have a guide in the cleanse packs or instructions on how to use. Just the juices were in the pack/bag.

Each time I step into Nekter Juice Bar, I am always taken aback by the lack of kindness from the employees. On this particular day, I entered Nekter and attempted to smile at the woman working behind the counter, just for her to stare at me blankly. It took a few minutes for someone to even acknowledge the fact that I was standing behind the counter and assist me, despite the fact that there weren't any patrons in the store. It's incredibly jarring coming from the positivity of an Orangetheory class to both the lack of commitment to personal interactions with customers and flat out rudeness of Nekter. Please do better.

I have been here millions of times and never had any issues. However, today was beyond anything I ever experienced specially on a day where veterans are honored. When to go get my free juice today and this short Caucasian man asked me if my military service was worth the free juice?….. its really appalling and disrespectful for the people who have fought this country and to return to a country where you can’t even be treated like a human being. I’m very upset and disgusted y this man’s behavior and will not be returning.
