Dude! The juices here are seriously next level - the protein power bowl was so delicious, loaded with protein but super light and easy to digest. About the service - Carlos was amazing. He was really patient as I went back and forth, plus gave me a sample to help choose. Saw him greeting everyone who walked in with genuine warmth. Big props to Carlos - this is definitely my new go-to for juices and smoothies!

I ordered online and I never picked my order up because I was busy. The next day I ordered in the morning, walked in to pick the order and the manager I believe she said you never picked your order up and I said don’t worry about it’s my mistake she said NO you will get this refunded, and I said not to bother her reply was I insisted, I said waw there has to be something wrong here she actually wanted to refund my money back to me? She went above and beyond what managers do which I rarely see these days. She is one of the best white glove service I’ve seen and this quality manager rarely is found these days. Well done love going there because of her now. Please pass this message to the morning manager over there.

I tried the PB&J smoothie at Nékter Juice Bar and really liked it. The flavor was smooth and balanced — you could taste the peanut butter and fruit without it being too sweet. It felt fresh and not fake junk ingredients and actually a ingredients you can read, which I appreciated.
The atmosphere inside was nice and relaxed, and everything looked clean and well-kept. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my order was ready in less than five minutes, which is always a plus.
Overall, I had a great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their menu.
Baylee – If you're going to employ teenagers, they need to understand that rudeness is entirely contrary to excellent customer service. As a mother of three grown daughters, I have zero tolerance for disrespect. It's unacceptable to be both angry and incorrect.
I choose to frequent this location because it's convenient for me, and I shouldn't have to drive further just because Emma—who represents true exceptional customer service, kindness, and attentive listening—might not be there. I expect my orders to be accurate and fairly charged, rather than left to the whims of the staff.
I visit this establishment 3-4 times a week and consistently order the SAME thing, the Acai Mango Bowl. It’s frustrating to suddenly encounter such inconsistency!
