My experience is always great. However, today I felt bad for the employees. The cash register stopped working. When I then placed my order through the app, the order did not come through. When it eventually DID come through (I had ordered a greenie juice) the juicer broke. It was not a good day for them. They did an outstanding job of carrying on and being cheerful and polite with the customers regardless of what they were having to go through. It was very understaffed as well.

The system was down, so I had to download the app to submit an order and then it took the team 10+ minutes to make my smoothie. The order tickets appeared to be really disorganized. However, the woman who helped me was trying to provide good customer service in the face of technical difficulties and accommodated the patrons in the store as quickly as she could.

Bowls are delicious. The staff and attentiveness and timeliness could use work. I came in and no one was upfront, after about 30 seconds a worker came up. I had placed an online order ~15 min prior and the receipt was still sitting on the printer like they hadn’t even seen it come through.

Usually, it is great, but the last few times there has been a bad taste of the bowls- the fruit and smoothie part. Like the machine wasn’t cleaned out and other flavors were mixed in. I couldn’t finish the last one as the taste was too strong and so I had to throw away unfortunately!

We got the Açaí Mango Bowl & Tropical Cooler. The bowl had the consistency of a smoothie which I didn’t love, I like my bowls a little thicker for my spoon. Toppings were great, they hand cut them each time. Very fresh! The smoothie was more spinach and kale than fruit tasting which we didn’t expect but was fine. I did also love how big the bowls are, your contents aren’t spilling out.
