My rating isn't reflective of the store itself. The online order for catering was confusing at best. I needed acai bowls for 18 employees. I ordered two catering packs (which would be 8 bowls each for a total of 16 bowls) on the website. I read they are half the size of the regular bowls so I ordered two more regular sized ones. I ordered that at 7pm the night before for an 8am pickup. When I got there a little after 8, the worker told me that they weren't ready. He was getting them ready and I realized there were over the 16 catering size ones. He told me that when I ordered two sets of catering boxes, I would receive 32 total, not 16!!! I had no idea! I showed him the website and how it doesn't show that, he didn't have an answer. I asked if it was too late to cancel and he said yes. Can you fix the wording when you order the catering pack to reflect that information? I overspent due to this and had wasted food. I was not a big fan of that.

Food was soupy and frozen somehow. The ginger shot was not a ginger shot at all. Had green bits in it.

Waited almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged before leaving. Two employees were making orders behind the counter and looked at me over their shoulder several times but didn't bother to greet me or even let me know if it would be a few minutes before they could help me. With nobody else in the store, even if there's an online or mobile order, the least they could do is say hello. Walk in customers are clearly not the priority so be sure to place your order online so they actually care.
