Not very happy. In addition to ordering on the app, I had to call the store to request that the chia jam be blended in, not just dumped in. This cannot be requested in the app. Despite the call and the assurance it would be done, it wasn't.

The app does not allow for requests like "Please blend the chia jam into the smoothie." Thus I have to order on app and then call to make the request. This is a pain. That said, product is good.

The service was great! I ordered on the app and arrived early. One young woman was already making my order, and she did a great job creating the bowl. It tasted good and was a full bowl, not a 3/4-full bowl.
Although there were several online orders in queue, another young woman seemed to know which order was mine w/o me saying a word. She was kind and courteous and customer-focused (not just there to do a job). Thanks for a great experience!

I purchased the banana berry bowl and I added vanilla whey protein. My friend loves this place so I wanted to try it out since I’m choosing healthier options . It taste really good I just wish they filled my bowl to the top like all the other bowls I seen them making . For $13.52 I want it filled to the top .
Was told I would receive a free smoothie if I downloaded app. I did download app and ordered a smoothie, but have yet to receive free smoothie promised.
The employees working at the store this morning were soooooo nice! They asked a few clarifying questions to make sure the order was how I wanted it!
