Easy to order and easy to pick up. Ordering process was also easy, and our orders appeared to be accurate. A bit pricey, but at least everything was right.

It doesn’t seem like my feedback gets taken into any type of consideration so I’m not sure why I continue to leave comments, but the staff just is not nice. I love the product I just hate going into the store. I took about a two month sabbatical hoping things would be better. my drink was made in record time which is great, but again, the staff just is not very pleasant to deal with.

You’re only filling your chai parfaits about halfway. Product most definitely does not look like the advertised photos. The chia parfaits keep shrinking and shrinking. Not worth the money anymore.

My order wasn’t ready when I got there & I had to wait for it. The one person working was waiting on people and taking their orders before she could make mine. I had a sleeping baby in my arms, once mine was finished and I got home and ate it discovered it was not the right order. Pace was good but probably won’t be back.

We paid $1.50 for extra berries and definitely did NOT have extra berries. That was frustrating.
