First visit ever. Placed online order. Was very easy. Walked in to shop and stood in front of pay counter where the "pick-up online order" sign was. Felt kind of awkward since there Was a group of 4 or so ordering and I felt like I was cutting. Same young man who took their orders didn't even greet me, just reached in to the freezer and pulled out a drink. He asked me (mummbled) what my name was and gave me my smoothie. It was fine. Just weird.

I feel there is some work to be done to ensure the place is something I come back to. I noticed there is a lot of items to clean up through your sitting area every time I come. I also notice that my smoothies consistency is not always the same and the flavor varies a lot.

You continue to be out of Elderberry smoothie. That is the main reason I come to Nektar. If you continue to be out of it I will probably stop coming

There were two employees making smoothies/bowls so I stood at the pick up counter for a few minutes before someone came out of the back and helped. The two employees making other items never turned around and noticed I was standing there. The wait time was a little longer than expected for an order pickup.

I felt it was a good experience overall. I noticed that the drink was still being made when I came in, but I was early. I was greeted by a team member who asked me for my name and what my order was. I did receive my drink and I was able to order pick up my order with no problem. I felt the drink was not as flavorful as it could have been. I’m not certain if the fruit wasn’t as ripe. I have been to Nekter’s out of state and I had not experienced this type of smoothie, but I could tell the difference with the ingredients. I typically order the pink flamingo and it is very sweet due to the ripeness of the dragon fruit and the pineapple. But here in Kansas, the pineapple and dragon fruit is not ripened nor sweet.
