I ordered through the app for the first time. It was great! It was busy at the time I picked up but I was able to just tell the employee and they got my order out of the fridge.

My beverage was actually nearly inedible. I ended up throwing it away. No idea what they did as I have placed the exact same order numerous times with no issues. I had to wait for a few minutes to be helped because all the employees were behind the kitchen doors chatting.

Meh. The food is great, but every time I go in, the workers just look at me with a glazed over look. Literally don’t care that I just spent 12 dollars on fruit and açaí. I’ve ordered online, and when I get there I stand over by the pickup waiting to be acknowledged. Probably 2-3 minutes will go by without them noticing I’m even there. Kind of annoying.

I’m concerned about the wild, fluctuating hours of this store in Leawood, KS.. On several occasions this summer and fall, I’d tried ordering from the app or driving to the physical location on a Saturday only to find out the store had been closed.
And the store seems to close at the last minute whims of the manager depending on whatever the store-related challenge of the day is. Recently, it seems to be a shortage of workers. Other times, the store closings were the result of “reduced summer vacation hours”. Weird.

The past couple of times the smoothie bowls are not thick but runny and so the fruit is at the bottom of the cup...
