Fine, everybody was very nice and my online order was ready on time. I didn’t care for the bowl though….first time ordering that. I think I expected a consistency of yogurt and it was really grainy. Also, although substantial, it was pretty expensive.

I think you should make a grab and go area like they have at Chipotle. The people coming into your store aren't the kind of people who would grab someone else's food. Sometimes your staff is very busy or down to one or two people out front. For the most part, I don't wait for my online order, but when I do, it takes some time. thanks.
