Just confused about online order and where it stands as to others in line to order before the pickup. There was already someone being waited on when I arrived which is perfectly fine but then the cashier went to the next person in line (they were the only ones in line, btw) and I wasn’t addressed until the line was completed. At the very least it would have been nice to have an acknowledgment and that they would be right with me. Maybe this is too much to expect?
