I love ordering on the app and picking up in store. I did have to wait a few minutes for my order this time but it was due to two orders ahead of me.

The smoothie was one of the best I’ve ever had but I received no acknowledgment as a customer and the person making the smoothie made two additional orders and didn’t bring my order to the preorder counter even though it was made. It was unlike any customer experience I’ve had.

We come frequently and have never had an issue but today I asked for peanut butter added to my bowl and they added it to my daughters bowl instead. She loved it like that but I had zero peanut butter and she had a ton of it in her mango bowl.

On Saturday June 6, 2026, at about 2:47 pm, I visited this location to get myself a protein bowl and a toxin flush… the bowl
Was fair… but the juice was worse… it tasted like green water… it tasted like it had no apples, ginger or lemon… I’m not sure what happened… but I wanted to make sure this doesn’t happen in the future…
I’ve been a customer since you guys opened in Overland Park and very rarely do I have an issue… but prices are too high to get subpar products…

Bowls would stay fresh on take out orders if small icepacks were give. I would pay $1 for insulated bag like one used by Nothing Bundt cake does on their togo orders

Used to taste really good but in the last 6 months the quality has dropped a lot. It’s pivoting from being healthy and instead they’re making dessert bowls. The simplicity and tastiness that you could get from real ingredients is gone and now it’s just a bunch of sugary gloop. The berry chia parfait was my favorite thing and now I can’t stand the taste.
