I walked in to pick up my online order. There was no one in line or in the lobby. The individual behind the counter said "hello" then continued to do what she was doing. She did not make eye contact or ask how she can help me. I stood there for a while before stating that I was there to get my order because she clearly was not going to ask what I needed. Poor customer service!
