The product is always fantastic but it usually take a long time to be ready. Never when the app predicts. One time is was over 30 minutes late in the Prairie Village, ks location. Now (at Overland Park KS) standing waiting with over 11 people inside waiting with no drinks. Staff is overly worked and maybe it’s just a certain time of day? Staff is always present, apologetic and working hard! Just too many orders for them.
