I ordered 6 pre-made/bottled juices and scheduled my pickup date for 2-3 days out. When I arrived at the store to get them, the juices were not ready to go. The girl at the cashier was very confused and told me to just take them from the fridge where the other juices were. I told her that there were not enough of the juices that I ordered available. She then went back to the kitchen and brought out 2 juices. I informed her that I needed 6 juices, and she said they were out of the ones I ordered. I am not sure why I was able to pay for these items when they were out of stock but that is irritating. She couldn't answer my question when I asked her, and she was so confused. It was truly painful. I just said forget it and asked if I could take 4 more from the fridge and leave. She said it was fine but never even apologized or anything.

Ordered 4 items for delivery. It took an entire hour to receive order, which contained only 1 of the 4 items on the order. I was charged for all four. When I called the Nektar location, I was informed by the person who identified themselves as " shift leader" that this was not their problem - it was Postmates problem. " Postmates refunded - this is not the only juice/smoothie place in town. I'll go someplace where customers ARE their PROBLEM.

They are very inconsistent with smoothie flavors and add way to much ginger to smoothies and juices

I scheduled my order to be picked up at 11:45. When I went in to do so, there were 3 people working and not a single person acknowledged me. I stood at the pickup area for at least 10 minutes and still not even a word of a hello. I had to get to work at noon and at 12:55 when other customers had come in, one employee finally came over and asked what I needed. She told me that it would still take a little longer and I told her I had to get to work. She told me they would make a note and make a free one for me on my next order. While I certainly appreciate the resolution, I was more frustrated with the fact that as they were blending and cleaning out juicers, there were multiple times that the employees looked at me or came near me and not even a word or a nod in my direction.

Top tier service and tasty healthy juices/smoothies.

I ordered ahead on the app, which is easy to do, and the juice was ready for me when I got there to pick it up. No complaints!

Great service but very disappointed that the green apple detox juice was removed from the menu. It was my favorite

I placed an online order to be ready at 9:45, but it hasn’t been started yet when I arrived at 10. Same issue at other locations, so I only come here rarely as it always takes 40 minutes for 1 juice

I ordered a shot and a juice through the app. The shot was in the cooler and I was told to get it from there but the roll-down curtain was still covering the cooler. I could have reached in at the side but decided to roll up the curtain instead. I’ve worked with coolers like this before and know how delicate the fabric can be and didn’t want to risk ripping it. I thought maybe they had just forgotten to raise the curtain that morning but I had barely gotten my shot before a team member was at my side pulling it back down and mumbling under their breath. I thought it was strange but left with my juice and shot.

Excellent. Juice tasted good and was ready before the time allotted.

Juice is super inconsistent with the taste. I usually get GAD and you never know if it will be palatable or not. Many times I get the green apple it ends up having so much ginger I can’t drink it (and I love ginger) and either have to toss it because I didn’t taste it while I was there or have them remake it. They’re all super young working there so I get it, I worked in food service as a teen too. Just wish when I’m paying for fresh healthy juice that it was worth it!

I love Nekter Juice I just found it they are quick and friendly!
