My food was ready right away when I arrived at the store. I didn’t have to wait at all. I was offered a to-go bag before I left. My açaí bowl was made perfect!

Good experience however wojld not get the bowl again. Lacked flavor and wasn’t much to it

Got order wrong and bowl half full

The açaí bowls are delicious as always. The service is slow that’s why we call to order first so we don’t have to wait long. The people that work there are nice and friendly, just wish they were a bit faster and know how to multitask.

We ordered two of the same bowl and when we picked them up they were very small. It was almost as if they split one bowl into two. They weren’t even half full.

I enjoyed my acai bowl and always do. I love how fresh my food is, I eat it and am left feeling good.

The smoothie bowls are great, however upon my visit on 2/19/22 the customer service was lacking and not just with me. It was busy, but the 3 girls working seemed pretty annoyed/irritated in general. I placed an online order that was to be ready at 11:16am. Knowing Saturdays are busy, I arrived about 11:30 and waited 10 minutes before having to ask someone about my order. The girl I asked opened the fridge after I told her my name and she placed my order on the counter and walked away. I got my own utensils/napkins, etc. and left. There was no greeting upon arrival or thank you as I left. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had to wait on an online order from this store. This store seems incredibly disorganized which is disheartening since I really enjoy the bowls. Maybe I will try on a less busy day.

This store only fills its Acai bowls half-full. They also often shut down on-line ordering a full hour before store closing.

We ordered online and waited in the store for over 30 minutes for one smoothie and one bowl.. There were seven bowls made ahead of ours for customers who came in after us and ordered at the register. The space is not inviting to stay to eat. We took our order to a health food store a couple of doors down to stay and eat.

Submitted an online order and it was ready about 10 minutes after it said it would be. They were busy which was understandable, but my bowl sat in the fridge while I was standing there for about 10 minutes, and it made me late to work.

The consistency of my bowl was quite runny, unlike I've ever experienced before. Often the servers are in the back and unable to reach for comment without an additional wait. I usually have a great experience at this location.

The workers are friendly, but the size of the açaí bowls keeps shrinking. Other locations fill the bowls much more.

I ordered the almond butter bowl and I did not see any or taste any almond butter at all.
