2 times now I’ve ordered something and they did not follow my requested add ons and exclusions even though I paid extra. Both times they had to remake the bowl. I felt bad they had to dump the old ones.

We waited a long time for an order that they completed right away but kept in the refrigerator. I let them know that I made an online order after I saw that they had completed two juices that looked like my order. The girl who made the drinks did not communicate with the one taking the orders even though she could clearly hear me state that I was picking up an online order. The girl behind the counter did not bother to check to see if it was in the refrigerator. She assumed that it was in line to be made. After we waited more time, she finally checked the refrigerator to confirm it was ours, which it was. I like this location. The staff is usually spot on and attentive, but the girls working there today need to be more alert and communicative.

Customer service was not personal at all. No greeting or anything like that. Workers seemed so rushed they just tossed our bag on the counter and walked away. The acai bowl and smoothie I got was absolutely delicious though.
