I love nektar and the workers do an amazing job, they really do. However, they seem super stressed because they need to hire more staff. It takes fifteen minutes to get your drink because they are inundated with more orders than they can handle.
My last 2 orders have been incorrect. It was missing add on items each time for my bowls.

Came here everyday and use to love the place.. Today I came in to load a gift card for 100.00 dollars and the girl refused to take my money. She was rude and said the new management would not take 100 dollar bills.. I already paid like a dollar or two on the gift card that ran out of money and she did not even offer to refund it.. so not only did I lose money but was unable to get a gift card! Because of the terrible interaction and handling of this situation, me or my friends and family will never be back.
Great! And I tried a different smoothie than what I usually get and now found a new favorite.

I was given a defective cup this morning so the lid was not on properly. ( confirmed by the employee when I brought my drink back in) after green juice spilt all over my car and Louis Vuitton bag. I was not offered a new drink or any restitution and will now need to detail my car and have my bag cleaned.
