Great experience. I love that my juice was put in the fridge until I arrived to pick up. I was worried because I was later than expected, glad my juice was chillin’ in the fridge until I arrived.

Placed our order at 8:22 am and was told it would be ready at 8:48. I arrived at the restaurant right on time and my order had not been started. Another 15 minutes later before our juices were ready. When asked for our bowls, the associate was confused. They had not started the 3 bowls with our order . When I pointed out that it was 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, the associate responded that there were only two of them working. There were only 3 orders total so it did not seem the workload was more than 2 people could handle. It took another 20 minutes for our bowls to be ready. Both employees seemed to have zero urgency or concern about my order being delayed. An hour after placing my order it was ready. Neither employee offered any apology for the wait. While i really like Nektar menu and products, I won’t be going back. This is not the first time our order has been delayed. I’m a busy mom and can’t have a simple smoothie order derail our schedule.

Good. Always have a good experience and delicious juice at your store. I wish you had drive-thru... I'd get a juice daily!

Love the juices I get from Nektar. Music was really loud in store when I went in to pick up my order.

My experience was okay. I ordered online and waited at the juice bar longer than expected, based both on the estimated ready time on the web and my experience ordering smoothie bowls. I saw three staff and interacted with one, who was kind and apologetic. The bowls were delicious!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Nékter!! Everything I’ve tried has been phenomenal and leaves their closest competitor in the dust. I’m so thankful that I now have a healthier choice available near me, especially in this melting Sacramento heat. Their deliciousness is also available on delivery apps such as UberEats and Postmates, (although I personally won’t use the latter), or you can order ahead via their App. I couldn’t love this juice bar more. 😊💗
