I placed an online order with an estimated time of 15min I arrived 18min later and was told my order would be another 10-15min. I had to leave and never received my order because of how long it would take. There seemed to be only one person working.

Ordered ahead. Walked in and was not acknowledged for about 10 minutes. Was finally asked about my order and it had been sitting in the freezer the entire time. I don’t want to interrupt people who are preparing food for others, but a simple acknowledgement would have made my service more timely and experience much better.
