Smoothie was of juice consistency and not smoothie consistency. Kind of defeats the point of a smoothie.

Very refreshing place for a hot day; the fruit bowls, smoothies, and juices are all great. Visited around the early afternoon and the location was under staffed so the wait for two fruit bowls was 30 minutes. Keep in mind fruit bowls can be pricey as I spent $26 for two bowls.
Love the place. However, it does take a while to prepare juices. But I use the application. HOWEVER, I HATE that the application automatically adds a tip and you have to proactively change it. That really pisses meoff and is disrespectful to your customer.

Love coming to 9th and Colorado Nekter to get juices, smoothies, and bowls however much I can. The staff is always extremely inviting and polite. The bowls, juices and smoothies are all top tier with taste & are also healthy. This is a good place for everyone, of all ages, to experience. Will be back!

Always good. Its not consistent, and it shouldn't be because they're not premade. I always go for a juice and a bowl

This is my Favorite juice place in Denver! The juice blends are fresh, refreshing, and delicious. The produce they use is high quality and the staff is friendly. I will be heard a few times a week from now on. Highly recommended!!!

Love this juice bar! I’ve been juicing every day for the last couple years and, though, this is a chain, it really stands out. The owner and staff are incredibly nice and efficient. I drink a variety of juices, and the vegetables and fruits are always fresh and delicious. I don’t really write reviews, but these guys are great!

I always have a wonderful experience with the staff. The only thing that is a negative is that it seems the juice machine is always down or isn't an option on the nekter app or the doordash app. So I have had to go to other places alot more.

I am a bit afraid. I ordered a smoothie and juice. I felt like they didn't make the juice, but grabbed something green from the back and just handed it to me. It did not taste like the Green Apple Detox I ordered. There was no apple or lemon flavor. Am concerned that anymore Nekter locations seem to have all new employees that are only loosely trained. They are just making random stuff. They get flustered easy. There does not seem to be organized processes to handle a rush of business. Often orders have many mistakes or are late. Can't trust that you'll get what you order. Can't trust the hygiene. I saw one person at another location throwing in unwashed beets and oranges with the peels still on in the juicer.

I always get a cup of recovery and this particular store has issues with content consistency. This last order contained excess of beet juice making the juice undrinkable. I love beet juice but it has to be balanced off by other ingredients, as I am sure you know. )
Best of luck on improving! This store is convenient to me and I hope I can rely on it. ;-)

I made a mobile order. When I arrived 15 minutes later they had not seen that I had made the order. Then they said they would start the order. Because I was in a hurry I went to a nearby store for another errand to save time came back and they still had not started the order. There were 3 employees and only one other customer. It took over 30 minutes for them to make the juice from order to receipt. . I paid 16 for a large juice. I did ask for ice but they prefilled the cup to the top with ice before adding the juice. Then the left over juice in the pitcher and they didn’t offer to give me the extra. I guess it was going to go In The trash. It makes no sense that I would pay all that money for a half a cup of juice. 30 minutes after I ordered it. I love the juice but there always seems to be some dumb issues like this at this location.
