Would’ve gave a 10, but the bowl did not have that much chia pudding which I paid two extra dollars for.

I ordered an açaí mango bowl. It looked orange inside of purple. I brought it up and said that it doesn’t looks right and taste like something is missing. The guy at the counter argued with me saying that it’s right and it’s “supposed to look that way. “ I had to bring on a google image to PROVE that it should be in fact purple. He said “oh they forgot the Açaí.” It’s an açaí bowl and they forgot the main ingredients. No apology and I had to ask for another one.

Got the chance to meet the owner. He was short staffed on a Sunday morning but managed to do an excellent job putting together our bowls and talking about his experience as a Nekter franchisee member. Great service, fantastic product. We will be back again very soon.

they don't have bowls available, they told me they did not have strawberries and bananas this morning

if and when i get the product the product is on time and service team is very good
