Was terrific- first time customer / my 2 day cleanse wasn’t ready . Options to make it right and a delicious smoothie - will return tom for cleanse pickup- Thanks

It’s really a 50/50 if I get an actual smoothie or a watered down juice drink when I order smoothies from this location. It’s actually pretty crazy how difficult it is to get two well made smoothies back to back but since this is the closest smoothie place, I have to keep rolling the dice. I used to tip but at this point the employees don’t seem to care either way. Not sure how to address the issue other than to make the directions easier to follow so that all orders are made consistently for each customer.

The woman at the counter was rude and dismissive. She walked away as I was talking to her. I had ordered 2 Elderberry smoothies, one with Greenie up on my phone app (along with 2 other smoothies). I asked her which Elderberry had the greens and she asked the young woman at the blender and I could not hear her answer. The counter woman grabbed one of the smoothies and slammed on the blender counter and when I asked her what she was doing she said neither had greens and they would add it. I was running late and declined. It is the first time I've been treated that way at Nektar

First time we’d heard of this store. They offered a free smoothie if you downloaded the app which we did and made a mobile order. Bought two, one was supposed to be free but it wasn’t. The manager didn’t understand why we didn’t get the free one and promised to refund to our CC. She said she’d had trouble with corporate occasionally. Smoothies were OK, nothing special. Edit: One week later I was refunded the cost of what should have been the free smoothie promotion. I credit their very nice manager with getting it done.

Purchased a smoothie and 3 immunity shots. 1 did not have a safety seal. My husband did not drink it. I have a pic.

We were looking to get a couple of smoothies for breakfast and did a local search and decided on Néktar because of the free smoothie offer with the app. I downloaded the app and created an account and made our order of a 16 oz and a 24 oz smoothie. But when I completed the order and submitted it, we were charged full price for both smoothies. I pointed this out when I went in to pick up our order and the manager said she didn’t know why we weren’t given the promotion. She said that she would take care of it and that we should see a credit on our credit card once she had a chance to log into the system. It didn’t happen. Unsatisfactory experience on the whole. It’s unpleasant to have to jump through hoops and complain at the counter just to get what you were promised and having to waste time now going through the whole thing again. Ugh.

Always a great smoothie.

I actually planned to contact the company. My order was wrong and or missing items. It should have had peanut butter there was none, there should have been strawberries, there were none, there was a giant chunk of something in the bowl taking up half the smoothie part of the bowl. So I basically paid for a half a banana, some apple pieces and a little granola. After finding the large chunk in the smoothie part I did not feel comfortable eating.

First time here & we loved the açaí bowls. The smoothie we ordered was great too but I wasn’t sure why I was charged extra for a simple OJ & strawberry smoothie. It was a promo for a free juice or smoothie so…but we’ll definitely be back.

Great smoothie. Easy to order online and have ready to just walk in and pickup.

I like your smoothies and relax environment.

Not prepared well. Could not taste the almond butter and the consistency was very liquid. Was prepared more like a juice than a smoothie. Will probably not return.

Pumpkin smoothie is too watery at this location
