I went in here for the first time yesterday to get a smoothie after my workout. The smoothie and juice were fine although the juices were ridiculously overpriced. What really soured the experience was the fact that there were three people working and not a single person said a word to me for like 10 minutes of me being in there and I was the only customer. I was looking at the menu near the register, thinking they were busy doing something and after a while I realized they were just waiting for me to start the interaction. I almost just walked out. I work in food service and care about giving guests a good experience, so this was extremely off putting for me. What happened to greeting people when they come in to your place of business?

I come here every once in a while, usually always place a pick up order, and every instance, its never ready on time. I had a pickup order for 8:45 since I’ve got work, got there at 8:47, it was clear they hadn’t even started with my order up until I asked for it. If I’m picking up at 8:45 (placed the order at 8:20) I would appreciate it for my items to be ready at agreed pick up time.

I’m not sure if it was the collagen but it came out half brown at the top & half green at the bottom.

Excellent smoothie. Hard to pay $11 but much better than jamba juice probably worth it
