The gal who prepared my drinks although good, did not greet me or thank me for the order. Literally, put my drinks in a bag put them on the counter and turned away. She was so unfriendly it was awful!

It’s really a 50/50 if I get an actual smoothie or a watered down juice drink when I order smoothies from this location. It’s actually pretty crazy how difficult it is to get two well made smoothies back to back but since this is the closest smoothie place, I have to keep rolling the dice. I used to tip but at this point the employees don’t seem to care either way.
Not sure how to address the issue other than to make the directions easier to follow so that all orders are made consistently for each customer.

I ordered through the app and needed to cancel my order. I was only prompted to call to cancel. I called THREE times without answer. When they finally answered they didn't know how to cancel my online order. I just hope I'm not charged.
