Please consider changing your hours. Closing at 4 o’clock on a Saturday is strange. It’s not worth coming here because you guys are always closed. At least stay open until 6.
Smoothie was missing ingredients. The taste of the smoothies are inconsistent.

I submitted an online order and received great customer service when picking up. However, the taste of my smoothie was not that great and the quality seemed watered down. I ordered a PB&J smoothie and it was extremely watery and had the most faint flavor of PB. I know for next time to ask for extra PB.

I had a good experience today. My order was ready before it was supposed to be and the woman I spoke to was friendly. My bowl was good and had all the toppings on it.

I ordered through the app and it was very easy. I appreciated that there was a delivery option as it is hard for me to come pick up the product during business hours on weekdays. My only complaint was that although a recieved a text that my order was delivered the person that delivered the order just left it outside of my place of work. I would have appreciated if they could have brought it into the building instead of leaving it in front of the door for anyone to take.
