I have been going daily to get a smoothie and bowl with my first responder coworkers for the last two weeks. Today there was a new person who was very kind, but unfortunately did not have the proper training to make my bowl, which was watery and missing toppings. She did not have the knowledge/training to apply my coupon that was in my app as well. I really feel that management needs to provide more support and training to individuals before they are alone as the second person showed up close to 8 o’clock and didn’t think twice about helping her out as she watched her struggle. I still love the place and will go back again, but hope that the training of new staff can change.

Sometimes there is inconsistency in the flavor and ingredients of the smoothies. When they get it right, it’s really good. When they don’t, it tastes watered down. I am also unsure about whether add ins that are ordered, actually get added in. There is a bit of lack of attention to detail. I’ve been given the wrong size drinks in the past and have had to go back to get them to fix it.

I had the smoothie delivered and there was nothing on it to make sure it hadn’t been tampered with. No tape across the top, nothing. The delivery driver could have totally popped the top and drank it. In fact it wasn’t even full to the top so maybe he did. Who knows. The bag wasn’t even sealed. The store is 10 min from me and it took 45 minutes for it to arrive.

Elisabet was super kind, and had my drink done very efficiently. She was very fast to communicate about the size of cup that I had ordered being out of stock and had a solution that worked perfectly.
