I place the order online about 15 minutes before i get there because i’m in a rush and every time i do i still have to wait when i get there because they haven’t even started making it yet. What is the point then of having the mobile app?

This day is the slowest I’ve experienced. They said they just got slammed and large orders. I ordered through the app, took 15 minutes to get there and then waited another 20 minutes for 1 smoothie. Store should be able to delay pickup times when store is busy for more accuracy.

I have been a customer here for a very long time. I love your smoothies, they are my favorite. I have always used the app to order. Most of the time when I order on the app lately, it is not ready. Of course I understand things happen sometimes but it is pretty much every time I order now. I even show up past the time it is supposed to be ready and it still is not ready. Today it was supposed to be ready @1026 and it wasn’t I got there @1035 then they made it and I had it by 1051. They also had an attitude with me for some reason. I am really disappointed in the service lately. I don’t usually complain but today was beyond ridiculous!!
