I order from here all the time. Never have had this experience. Ordered on the website at 9:00am. Uber accepted delivery. Uber called at 10:00. Uber called at 10:11. Called store once to say cancel order she said she would remake when he got there finally. Finally go the drink at 10:40. Called store back to say it wasn’t remade. It’s just milk. She said bring it back and she can remake I said no I tried to solve this issue already and you wouldn’t help me. She then said call Uber I told her no I ordered on the website Uber won’t help. She took my info said she’d have the manger call me. I have the drink. I have a picture. This isn’t even the pb health nut with pea protein.

First time, it was yummy they forgot to read that I replaced pineapple with mango they didn’t put it in but it’s ok overall it was yummy.

Great product. Your employees need to acknowledge you when you come in and stand at the side for your mobile order. Even a nod if they are busy with another customer.
