I used the app to order ahead, but still had to wait on the line to pick up my order. This happened one other time when I ordered ahead. It would be helpful if app orders were set in a separate area that customers could just retrieve without waiting.

I was a bit disappointed today. I placed on online order which gave the employees plenty of time to prepare my order. When I arrived the young man placed my order in a bag, period? There was no spoon ( I ordered a bowl) and no napkins. Both of which I had to ask for… I love coming here and getting some fav foods/treats. Customer service was a bit weak. Maybe I should rethink a 20-25% tip???
