Really good green juice

The other day, what I assume to be the owner of the establishment was not only rude, but was very off putting. I’ve been before many times and the younger employees bring a more positive attitude and atmosphere. I will turn right around if I see the owner behind the counter again.

Always great. Never had any issues. Food is always good and staff always nice.

Hi! I love Nectar because it is the best place for fresh juice at the beach. On this particular visit I was bringing a friend so that he could experience the difference between store bought and fresh green juice. Knowing there could be a wait, I placed our order on the app before heading to the store. When we got there, we looked at other juices and selected a couple and I could hear (and see) the staff person making what I (correctly) assumed were our juices as there was no one else in there. We put our refrigerated juices on the counter and sat down. It was probably about three minutes after our arrival that she came out and without greeting asked if that was all while pointing to the juices on the counter. I then told her I had an app order as well and she quickly made the connection. All in all, nothing wrong with this interaction other than we were not greeted when we walked in, or at all for that matter, and had I actually been there for just refrigerated juice or to make an order I would have probably been annoyed and left. A simple "hello, I'll be with you in a minute" or any acknowledgment of our presence would have been appreciated.

I wish I knew the young man’s name who was working- he was efficient and greeted every customer. I noticed his outstanding service. Worked afternoon (12:30) on 5/6.

I get frustrated when I do an online order, it always always always takes longer than if I walked in to order. I do not understand that. In addition, how come sometimes if I ask for ice, I get the extra juice and then other times I don’t? Meaning the juice I would have received had I not included ice. The owner said that is standard procedure but has only happened once.

Every time I order online the order is not ready - and I usually arrive about 15 min after the time it says it will be ready. I still end up waiting.

I was craving a refreshing smoothie type drink. I came across this amazing place! I ordered the “Pink Flamingo “. It was all real fruit with no ice or filler. Excellent!!! I will definitely be back. It is a few doors down from Trader Joe’s, so I will probably at Nektar more often!! A must try over any other smoothie place!

The balls and smoothies are always delicious and the staff is absolutely amazing.

This place is amazing! Love the environment and customer service is top notch! There are kind and patient people that works here! Ellie is one of a kind! When it comes to customers satisfaction she is a prime example of pleasing and making sure her customers leaves happy and enjoy what they have paid for. She customize and cater to each customers needs. Whether they’re diabetic, keto or low carb.
