I love Nektar. The only issue is it has become very expensive for smoothies! It’s hard to justify spending that amount regularly.

I was able to use the app to order my drink and it was really easy. The servers were pleasant and my drink was amazing as always.

I was completely underwhelmed, especially considering my experiences with this location years ago. There were three people working and only two other guests (one party) at the cash register, yet it took several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. I stood there after the other guests checked out and continued to wait until finally the young lady working asked if I was picking up to which I responded, “yes”. The two other workers were not doing a thing, aside from one being on his cell phone making a call on speaker phone. While I understand they may have been dealing with an issue at hand, I was really taken aback by the complete lack of customer service and acknowledgement of me standing there for so long. There is so much competition and I am afraid if this type of service continues, you all are going to suffer tremendously.
