Nekter Juice Bar - Jacksonville Beach

Usually, I am very pleased and satisfied. I will add that this time, I felt like we were shorted on both orders. My order of the raspberry bowl literally had the equivalent of, at most, two sliced strawberries. And a teaspoon of almond butter. My son‘s bowl also seemed to be shorted over what we are customarily used to.

Smoothie was great and the server was friendly and prompt.

Overall the smoothies we’ve ordered have been good but they have been inconsistent. Sometimes they taste very watered down - like too much ice or water? For the price, I would expect consistency and very flavorful.

I have been a regular customer at Nekter and I’m a big fan. I have tried most things on their menu and enjoy them all. But I tend to go there primarily for smoothies. Holly recommended

We submitted an order at the opening, for which we prepaid, but the store didn't open on time. We got there and waited outside for 10 minutes but no one showed up. We had to go get food elsewhere. We subsequently received a phone call letting us know they were late opening the store and asking us to reschedule the order, which we did. No discount or coupon was offered to us. Though I appreciate the manager's call, it was not a good experience, it doesn't encourage us to return and certainly not to recommend the store to others.
