I ordered 2 bowls and a shot but didn’t get the shot. Thankfully I noticed when I got to my car. I went back in and there was only the one staff member who started to make someone else’s order as I stood there. He walked by so I’m sure he knew I was there but didn’t bother to acknowledge me. When he finished the other order, he still didn’t seem to acknowledge me and called out his new order. He may have just been focused on that order, so I told him what I was missing and waited for him to make it for me. No apology for the missing item.
Another staff member came out from the back as I was waiting. Maybe she just got there, but customer service was definitely lacking.
