Easy. Annoyed with the point system as I didn’t get my points for ordering online. When you spend $24 for two smoothies, I think points should automatically go into my account. But the staff at this location are always the best

This particular location usually has their smoothies taste different. Like something is missing.

I always love getting a boost from here from smoothies, bowls, grab and go’s to my go to juices. I have recently noticed that the juices have been super sub par as of late. clumps of fruit still not properly blended and then just dumped into the cup. there’s a difference between bad juices and smoothies. I’ve noticed it at the central and camelback location. not sure if employees need a retraining on them because i recall once going in and i’m assuming a veteran worker because she looked at the drink and told me she’d be back and from what i saw she reblended it and it was a lot smoother from when she picked it up. came back another day and the drink was so awfully juiced there was heavy clumping like they scraped the output and threw it in with the juice. these aren’t a small price. I gladly spend for the convenience but bad juices really ruin the vibe. please address this with your team. thank you very much!

Blenders where over heated waited over 30 minutes for 2 smoothies. Even though I mobile ordered ahead of tome

The smoothies and detox products are amazing. Can’t confirm if the detox or cleanser works or not but at least giving satisfaction that I had it. Tried their two locations and loved the smoothie varieties.

I really love the Deer Valley location. Nicest employees. However I truly wish on your app you would have a choice for light Agave or no agave. I had to stop going to your Desert Ridge location because they would put so much in. I always get the Elderberry smoothie but it is way too sweet. Now I order without and then when I get there have them have to blend a second time with one pump. Please add that option

The women who were working were kind, efficient, the smoothie was a.mazing, and the place looked beautiful.

Ok smoothies and ok service. *Outrageous* prices!! And they didn’t post the price on the menu, that I could see! Lower the prices and raise the service; I’ll happily return!

Awesome! My smoothie is super yummy, your store was really cute and the young man got my order for me was courteous and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised and I will definitely be going back to try something out of my comfort zone like a bowl. Good job!

Only ever been there once. Ended up kinda sick later and isn’t going there anymore. Nice employees but cross contamination had to of occurred there meaning stuff not washed right etc it polices followed cause again, I ended up sick to the stomach after having drank a smoothie I got from there. An being that I’ve worked in restaurant and understand OSHA polices. Polices at Nekter, shouldn’t be considering hearsay and they should be implemented correctly for employees sack as well as customers especially so. 👎🏼

It took 25 min to get one smoothie that I ordered ahead.

I did a pick up order and it was done right on time. I got a smoothie bowl and it was so good! Definitely will order again. I wish Nekter had more rewards as they are a bit pricey

I really love all the products here. The only issue was the hummus being out of stock on my app order but am pleased it was credited for a free smoothie.

Good health food spot. Nice selection of juices, smoothies, and acai bowls. Staff is usually pretty friendly and nice to interact with. I only wish they offered more fruits.
