I always love getting a boost from here from smoothies, bowls, grab and go’s to my go to juices. I have recently noticed that the juices have been super sub par as of late. clumps of fruit still not properly blended and then just dumped into the cup. there’s a difference between bad juices and smoothies. I’ve noticed it at the central and camelback location. not sure if employees need a retraining on them because i recall once going in and i’m assuming a veteran worker because she looked at the drink and told me she’d be back and from what i saw she reblended it and it was a lot smoother from when she picked it up. came back another day and the drink was so awfully juiced there was heavy clumping like they scraped the output and threw it in with the juice. these aren’t a small price. I gladly spend for the convenience but bad juices really ruin the vibe. please address this with your team. thank you very much!

My bowl was great as usual, and I added a Fresher to my order (suggested on the online order menu) and tried something new. It was good as well. Thank you for the suggestion and helping me try a new thing! Order was ready when I arrived and staff polite and store was nice and clean.

Awesome! My smoothie is super yummy, your store was really cute and the young man got my order for me was courteous and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised and I will definitely be going back to try something out of my comfort zone like a bowl. Good job!

I did a pick up order and it was done right on time. I got a smoothie bowl and it was so good! Definitely will order again. I wish Nekter had more rewards as they are a bit pricey

I was not satisfied with my order from the deer valley Nekter. I don’t normally visit deer valley Nekter, I only went there because the location I typically go to was closed on Mother’s Day. The protein bowls I ordered were so runny they were more like a juice, and my Açaí superfood bowl was missing the cacao nibs and the Gogi berries. It’s a shame that I tipped them through the app before realizing not only was the quality of the protein bowls poor, but they were missing ingredients. Chances are I won’t be returning to this location in the future.

Good health food spot. Nice selection of juices, smoothies, and acai bowls. Staff is usually pretty friendly and nice to interact with. I only wish they offered more fruits.

All good except our order did not have a mango bowl that we ordered. We got another kind of bowl instead. All other bowls were as ordered.

Worst customer service EVER. Racist employee took my order.. made drink for everyone else but me & then proceeded to walk to the back of the store to eat the rest of another customers acai bowl.. looked at me sitting there WITHOUT my order & was acting completely dumbfounded that I never received my drink & tried to say another customer took it.. WHAT??? She clearly looked at me multiple times without my order.. its one thing to make a mistake but its another thing to try & blame someone else just admit you never made the drink!!! I was the only person of color in that store & my drink just so happened to not be made.. I demanded a refund & left.. she didnt even attempt to actually make my order… HORRIBLE!
