I ordered online asked to substitute mango for banana. Took my order to go, without checking. And both bowls had banana and no mango. it was fine, but not what I had ordered.

We order from this location pretty frequently. Usually our orders are spot on. This time one of the bowls was missing peanut butter drizzle on top (which we paid for). Not a big deal, will continue to order from this location as long as they continue to get our order correct 99% of the time.

Great staff working today! I placed a mobile order and didn't realize what I had chosen had nut milk in it. I asked the girl working if I could sub for an equally priced bowl without nut milk. She was super friendly, glad to help and made the experience great. The guy working was good too, I just didn't have any interaction with him.

A little on the pricey side for myself as a single parent but the quality of the bowls and smoothies is top notch. Staff is always super friendly and the atmosphere is inviting.

Love it. Just this last time my order was wrong. I asked for no berries on top and no agave on top of one of my acai bowls, but I got it with everything on it. Still plan on coming back though.
